I am Gamal BA ABBAD, a lawyer and the founder of Pwr Invest, a company I established on 17 July 2025 with the ambition of combining my legal background with my knowledge and experience in the world of investment and finance.
My professional journey has been built around law, business, investment and finance. I have always been particularly interested in the legal framework behind financial transactions and investment activities, as well as the importance of properly structured legal documentation in protecting the interests of all parties involved.
As a lawyer, I place particular importance on legal accuracy, contractual protection, confidentiality and the proper structuring of transactions. I believe that every investment, business relationship or financial transaction requires a clear legal framework and a thorough understanding of the rights, obligations and responsibilities of each party.
Throughout my professional activity, I have worked alongside major investment companies and professionals operating within the financial sector. My work involves managing, reviewing, organising and overseeing legal and contractual documentation, as well as addressing the various legal aspects connected to their business and investment activities.

My Approach
My approach to the legal profession is based on four essential principles: rigour, confidentiality, independence and precision. I believe that a lawyer working alongside investors and financial institutions must be able to understand not only the legal aspects of a transaction, but also its commercial and financial objectives.
Every transaction involves potential legal risks. A poorly drafted agreement, an unclear contractual provision or incomplete documentation can create significant consequences for the parties involved. For this reason, I pay close attention to the details of every matter I handle.
My role is to analyse legal documentation, identify potential issues, understand the implications of contractual commitments and contribute to the development of a clear and properly structured legal framework. I do not see legal work as simply reviewing documents. I believe that effective legal counsel requires a broader understanding of the transaction, the parties involved and the objectives they are seeking to achieve.

My work is primarily focused at the intersection of business law, finance and investment. I work with companies, investors and financial professionals on matters involving contractual relationships, investment documentation and the legal aspects surrounding business and financial transactions.
This experience has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the legal challenges that can arise throughout the life cycle of an investment, from the initial documentation and structuring of a transaction to the ongoing management of contractual relationships between the parties.

I founded Pwr Invest on 17 July 2025 as part of my ambition to build a professional structure connected to my experience and interests in law, investment and finance.
